Richard B. Huttner has seventeen years experience and has handled thousands of DUI cases including driving while ability impaired, driving under the influence of drugs (DUID), vehicular assault and vehicular homicide cases in Denver County, Arapahoe County, Jefferson County, Adams County, Boulder County, Broomfield county and Douglas County.

A founding member of the National College of DUI Defense, Richard B. Huttner uses his extra training to neutralize and defend evidence obtained by the police during driving under the influence arrests. Richard has special training in attacking the Government’s chemical and field sobriety tests.  Richard B. Huttner has the same certification  to perform the field sobriety tests as the police.

Richard earned a bachelor of arts degree at the University  of Colorado at Boulder and earned his law degree at the University of Denver. He is a founding member of the National College of DUI Defense.  He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense lawyers, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and the Colorado Bar Association. He is a licensed to practice in the United States District Court for Colorado and the United States Supreme Court.
